Kirstin Nguyen is an architect based in Los Angeles. She was born and raised in Vietnam and came to the U.S. when she was 13 years old. Kirstin shared her language learning journey when she first came to the U.S., how she ended up studying architecture after a few years of exploring different majors, and how she got into competing in triathlon.
